Budget is obviously a big part of choosing the right painter for you! Painting can cost more than most people realize, and this is because of factors people do not expect. People typically only think about the actual painting when they are planning their painting project and not the actual preparation that goes into a project.
Estimates and Pricing
In order to provide accurate estimates, we need to come see the space,take measurements, evaluate if there are any installation constraints etc.
Having a design plan allows us to provide an extremely accurate estimate for the project. By getting on the same page visually on the front-end and making adjustments in the design plan compared to making adjustments during the process,the estimate that coincides with the design becomes very accurate.
No Hidden Fees
We are confident the price we quote you, is the price it will be for us to complete the work. There are no hidden fees in our estimates. The only changes in the quoted price will come from changes to the design or unforeseen problems that could arise during the process. For example if we decide to paint a brown wall white instead of painting it blue as originally planned, we will need to apply a color blocking primer and/or paint more coats which will increase costs in labor and materials.
Please understand our material prices can fluctuate considerably throughout the season,therefore the estimate we give you is valid for 60 days from the date sent without a commitment. Beyond the 60 days, we will need to send you a new estimate for the project.
