Hi, I’m Chris The Owner!
Originally from Vancouver, Canada, I moved to the US in 2007 where I met my beautiful wife Sarah. Having grown up doing construction my entire life and inspired by my father’s concrete company, I set out to start my own painting company. During this uncertain time of starting a business, Sarah and I discovered that we struggled with infertility and began the process of IVF. It was a challenging time of learning to lean on God for strength as we both faced challenges we had never experienced before.
After many years of persistence and holding on to hope, we have a beautiful son named Isaac and are now starting our journey towards our second child. During this time, The Proud Paintbrush grew from me painting houses myself as a one-man team to a multiple-crew company painting hundreds and hundreds of houses.
